A device for controlling the delivery of gas at some substantially constant pressure.
An arc welding process wherein coalescence is produced by heating with an arc between a single tungsten (nonconsumable) electrode and the work. Shielding is obtained from a gas or gas mixture. Pressure may or may not be used and filler metal may or may not be used. (This process is frequently called TIG welding.)
Welding with the heat from an oxy-fuel flame, with or without the addition of filler metal or pressure.
Refers to the arc transfer when you can see the globules burning off and falling into the puddle as opposed to a ?smooth arc?.
